Refund policy

We do accept changes and returns within 14 calendar days after delivery. You can either request a different size, swap for another piece of jewelry or ask for a refund.
It is important that the jewelry is returned to us in pristine condition, in the same box that it was send, in a padded or hard cardboard envelope and with tracking to make sure it does get lost or damaged in the way back.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
