HOW CAN I MEASURE MY RING SIZE?
The best way to measure your ring size is to visit a local jewelry store so they can measure it with a professional ring sizer. You can also download a mobile app, the Ring Sizer App from Jesus Peregrina de la Puente is recommended. If that is not an option you use the following guide by clicking the link.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?
Due to their handmade nature are jewelry need some time to be ready, this fluctuates during periods of high demand or holiday breaks. Please check the announcement at the top banner about the current processing period.
After shipment delivery times vary according to your location and to local postal office services:
Greece: 1-3 business days
Europe: 3-10 business days
North & South America, Oceania: 1-3 weeks
Asia & Africa: 2-4 weeks
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
All orders inside Greece are shipped by courier using Geniki Taxydromiki.
All orders outside Greece are shipped with the Hellenic Post Service (ELTA) and then handled by your local Post office services. You can also upgrade to a courier service, which is handled by DHL express.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship our jewelry everywhere in the world using the Greek Post (Elta).
All orders come with tracking that you can follow up at your local Postal service site once our package enters your country.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE JEWELRY I RECEIVE HAS A FLAW?
All our jewelry is checked before shipment, in the event that one of our jewelry has a flaw upon arrival, you can contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery and we will happily fix or replace your jewelry.
After contacting us you can send the jewelry back to us at:

You will be reimbursed for shipping the jewelry back to us.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
We do accept changes within 14 calendar days after delivery. You can either request a different size, swap for another piece of jewelry or ask for a refund.
It is important that the jewelry is returned to us in pristine condition, in the same box that it was send, in a padded envelope and with tracking to make sure it does get lost or damaged in the way back.

Yes, if you wish to return your jewelry and get a refund you can contact as within 14 calendar days after delivery.

HOW DO I STORE MY JEWELLERY?
To protect your jewelry place them in individually in a pouch or at the box they came in to stop them being scratched or tangled. Try to keep pieces apart, so that they don’t rub together or tangle up.
HOW DO I REDUCE WEAR AND TEAR?
Silver jewelry will naturally tarnish with exposure to air and the environment; protect them for knocks, scratches, chemicals, humidity and heat/cold to minimize these effects. Wearing your jewelry often will help, as the oils in your skin will “clean” the silver and keep it looking shiny.
Remove your jewelry when you shower or bathe and particularly when on the beach, in the sea and in chlorinated water.
Avoid spraying perfume or applying creams directly onto your jewelry and wearing them when using bleach.
The plating on plated jewelry will eventually fade over time with use; you can contact your local jewelry store to refresh the plating.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY JEWELLERY?
Using a soft, lint free cloth is an effective way to keep jewelry looking bright and clean. A commercial silver cleaner cloth can be used for sterling silver pieces, though be careful not to apply where there is deliberate patina as part of the design.
